During the inspection, our licensed inspectors will utilized a variety of equipment to test your home for mold and poor air quality. The inspector will then take a variety of samples in order to diagnose your indoor environmental issue. Along with the samples, the inspector will also note other factors that may affect the samples. These samples will then be sent to a third party laboratory for testing.
Once the results have been returned from the laboratory, your inspector will compile a detailed report. The report will meticulously detail all findings and will translate all raw lab data into common terms. If necessary, the report will also detail a recommended corrective action plan.
